Diane Brown serves CPA firms, law firms, and other professional services firms in the areas of organization effectiveness, performance development, and coaching. She has particular expertise in leadership development, talent management, succession planning, management skills training, feedback, business development, and relationship and career coaching.

 

Prior to founding Aspire! LLC in 2001, Diane spent over twelve years with Olive LLP, an accounting and consulting firm of approximately 700 people, including 60 partners and 10 offices operating in three states in the mid-west. She worked on Olive’s audit and assurance staff for the first six years of her career before taking an internal OD/HR consultant role, where she led strategic initiatives in Feedback, Coaching, Retention, Performance Development and Compensation, and Merger Integration, building her skills and commitment to human performance.  Diane graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in Accounting and is a CPA (inactive). In addition to being a CPA, Diane is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the AICPA, Indiana CPA Society, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the American Society for Training and Development.

Tom Porter is a human resources consultant specializing in the areas of organizational development, performance improvement, executive coaching, and training in management and leadership skills. Serving clients in the professional services arena, Tom coaches and advises senior executives and owners, with special expertise in succession management, leadership development, partner relationship building, client relationship management, business development, and growth and personal development.

Before founding Peregrine LLC in 2001, Tom had a 30 year career with Olive LLP, a regional accounting and consulting firm in the mid-west which, prior to its merger with BKD, was the 15th largest firm in the U.S. He spent 20 of his years with Olive as a Partner and the Firm’s Director of Human Resources, including seven years as the Firm’s Marketing Director. Tom is a CPA (inactive) with an undergraduate degree in Personnel Administration and an MBA in Organizational Development and Group Dynamics from the University of Toledo. He is also a member of the AICPA and the Society for Human Resources Management.
