Diane Brown serves CPA firms, law firms, and other professional services firms in the areas of organization effectiveness, performance development, and coaching. She has particular expertise in leadership development, talent management, succession planning, management skills training, feedback, business development, and relationship and career coaching.
Prior to founding Aspire! LLC in 2001, Diane spent over twelve years with Olive LLP, an accounting and consulting firm of approximately 700 people, including 60 partners and 10 offices operating in three states in the mid-west. She worked on Olive’s audit and assurance staff for the first six years of her career before taking an internal OD/HR consultant role, where she led strategic initiatives in Feedback, Coaching, Retention, Performance Development and Compensation, and Merger Integration, building her skills and commitment to human performance. Diane graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Indianapolis with a degree in Accounting and is a CPA (inactive). In addition to being a CPA, Diane is certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a member of the AICPA, Indiana CPA Society, the Society for Human Resources Management, and the American Society for Training and Development. |
